So a wonderful thing happened today. Dan and I were eating lunch with Elanna and Hootie (who goes everywhere with us now) at Furr's when a very nice lady came up to us and thanked Dan for being in the military. Then, she insisted on buying us lunch! We were so grateful. Stuff like that never happened anywhere else we were stationed.
I guess this means I have to stop being mean to the Clovers for a while. I'm going to try really hard, too, since tonight we're going to the county fair.
